"How do you select your caregivers?"
Each caregiver goes through a thorough application process, which includes a drug screen
and criminal background check. We also check our caregivers with the abuse registry and sex
offender registry.
"How do you train your employees?"
CompleteCareChoice hires licensed caregivers who have been through state
required programs. In addition, we provide continuing education on topics such as HIPAA, fall
prevention, elder abuse and caring for patients with Alzheimer’s.
"Are your services available for the elderly in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?"
Yes, we provide companion services to facilities and hospitals.
"What makes CompleteCareChoice different from other companies?"
The loyalty of our caregivers, dedication from our staff members and our experience stand out
from other companies. In addition, we understand the importance of family and providing
quality healthcare.
"What happens if a caregiver is sick?"
We have a professional staff member on call at all times to assist the family in matters of this
nature. We will provide a replacement caregiver from our “as needed staff”.
"Who pays the caregiver – me or you?"
CompleteCareChoice handles all billing, payroll and taxes. You will be billed for
our services – we pay the caregiver.
"What are your minimum hours of service and what are your rates?"
The minimum number of hours are twice a week at four hours minimum each. Our rates depend on the type of service
you are requesting.
"Why should I use CompleteCareChoice instead of someone out of the newspaper?"
Our caregivers are bonded and trained, have gone through thorough screening and receive
continuing education quarterly to assure they are qualified, well-trained caregivers.
